The Thank-You Note Nobody Expected

Sharing Our Family With Yours

When was the last time someone surprised you with a sincere thank-you? Not a quick passing word, but a thoughtful note letting you know something you did mattered.

People do more than we notice

Think about school employees, church volunteers, neighbors, family members and all the people who quietly make life easier. Their kindness may go unnoticed, but it still matters.

Make Monday a thank-you day

Take five minutes to write someone a note. It does not need fancy stationery. Try: “I just wanted you to know the things you do do not go unnoticed. Thank you for making life brighter.” Better yet, mention a specific act of kindness.

Let children participate

Ask children to choose a teacher, grandparent, coach or helper. Younger children can draw a picture; older children can write a message.

We do not have to change the world in a day. One kind word or handwritten note can brighten someone’s afternoon. Good People. Brighter Days. Stronger Together.

From our family to yours: Who deserves a thank-you from you today?

With love, The Fleming Collective 🤎
