Sometimes we think a celebration needs a grand opening, a big announcement or a number with lots of zeroes. But building something from the ground up has taught us that the tiny victories deserve a little recognition, too.
Progress can be quiet
It might be fixing a stubborn website button, finally getting a design to look right, or learning how to do something you had never attempted before. Those moments don't always make a good headline. They still count.
At The Fleming Collective, we're trying to build a business that fits around family instead of asking family to fit around a business. Some days progress is measured in completed tasks. Other days it is measured in shutting the laptop and being present.
A Tuesday reminder
Write down one thing that went right this week. It does not have to impress anyone else. If you moved forward, even a little, that is worth noticing.
Tell us: What's one small win you're proud of lately?
With love, The Fleming Collective 🤎
